Today, Tom and I rode through the city so we could get photographs of the bikes near some of Sydney’s architectural icons, namely the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. When Seven did such a wonderful job of rebuilding Tom’s bike frame, the only thing they asked in return was for us to take pictures of the bikes in Australia. So, here we are – posing – near the beautiful structures on Sydney’s Harbour.
I’m not quite as comfortable riding downtown as Tom is, but I have to admit, it is rather exhilarating to sail down a 6 lane street into the heart of a large city. We also crossed the Harbour Bridge on the bikes – there is a special bike lane – and the views from there are astonishing.
